On November 3rd, 2025, Armuchee High School’s (AHS) Class of 2026 elected Addyson Ayers as AHS’s “Most Likely to Succeed” senior girl. Addyson is widely respected among the school for her overall hardworking and friendly demeanor. “Addy is such a goofy and sweet person, you can always go to her with problems and she will help you with it without judgement,” said Emily Hernandez, junior. When asked for her thoughts on the matter, Ayers said,”overall I feel very happy and grateful that people have faith in me. It means so much to me and it makes me want to work so much harder to show how much I appreciate the nomination.” Addyson also cites that her drive for success stems from her desire to be someone that her little brother looks up to. The general consensus among Addyson’s friends and teammates is that Addyson has three major qualities that make her deserving of the “Most Likely to Succeed” title: Her hardworking spirit, natural talent, and uplifting attitude. While not viewing it as a quality specific to Addyson’s superlative, Tori Vitello, a fellow superlative awardee and close teammate of Addyson, noted her modest character. “She was Player of the Year, and she’s not the kind of player to brag or boast about it,” Vitello said.
At Armuchee, Addyson is currently involved in soccer, having also done basketball and cross country earlier in high school. Addyson has received a substantial amount of recognition not only from her teammates, but from the officials themselves; at the end of the 2025 soccer season, Addyson was named the Region 7-1A Division 1 Girls Soccer Player of the Year, an esteemed honor held among soccer players. “she pours everything into her sport, and, um, she’s really, like, reaped the benefits of that… And I think that’s gonna carry well for her through high school, just her hard work, and the accolades that she’s already gotten for her sport,” Vitello said. Through her dedication to the sport, Addyson also inspires others to succeed alongside her. “Addy motivates me to work harder and be a better person everyday,” Hernandez said.
After high school, Addyson plans to go to college to study veterinary medicine. Addyson’s advice for both her underclassmen and anyone that wants to be successful is to never give up, do not procrastinate, and always try your best. After Graduation, Addyson wants to be remembered as someone who was kind to everyone. Addyson’s peers wish her the best of luck as she applies her drive for success and desire to help others into her future carrier.
