Cooking in Nutrition and Wellness

Sometimes in Ms.Henderson’s nutrition and wellness classes students are able to make certain food dishes that pertain to the standards they are learning. In this food lab, students were making pull-apart parmesan dill bread. This picture is of the recipe the students followed.
In this photo, junior, Sabrina Hood is following the recipe and preparing the dough by cutting it.

After every lab Ms.Henderson’s class participates in, they have the responsibility of cleaning up after themselves. In this photo, juniors Alicia Leffler and Sabrina Hood are washing the dishes they used in the lab.
