Competition Cheerleaders Visit the Capitol
Senior, Lucy Harris expressed her thanks on behalf of the team to the representatives for the opportunity to come and visit the Capitol. Harris is a two time State Champion for AHS competition cheerleading.

The Competition Cheerleaders were invited to the State Capitol by State Representative Mrs. Katie Dempsey. They were invited because of their accomplishment of winning the class AA State Cheerleading Championship in November. The team received a resolution commending them for their win and for various other purposes.
